White sub sandwich

Ingredients

• White sub
• Lettuce
• Tomato
• Mayonaise
• Cold meats
• Red onion

Product Preparation Method

1. Remove the white sub from the box from
2. Pack the white sub on a perforated baguette pan
3. Cover the the white sub with a plastic sheet and defrost for 60min
4. After defrost , place in the proover for 60min at 40degrees celcius and 80% humidity
5. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees celcius
6. Bake at 180 degrees celcius for 15-18 min no steam open damper
7. Remove the white sub from oven ,and leave to cool
8. Prepare the fillings for the white sub sandwich
9. Slice open the white sub with a serated bread knife
10. Carefully layer the fillings in the white sub ,drizzle with mayonaise
11. Product is ready
