Product Preparation Method
- Remove the french loave from the box
- Pack the french loave on a perforated baguette tray
- Cover the french loave with a plastic sheet and defrost for 60min
- After defrost,place in the proover for 60min at 40degrees celcius and 80% humidity
- Preheat the oven to 220 degrees celcius
- Remove french loave from the proover and leave to settle for 3min ,before scoring with a scoring knife
- Bake at 200degrees for 18 min with steam and with a closed damper ,open sdamper the last 5 min of baking
- Product is ready
