Veg Foccacia bread
Ingredients
- Foccacia bread
- Garlic oil
- Mixed robot peppers
Product Preparation Method
- Remove the foccacia bread from the box
- Pack the foccacia bread on a flat pan or pizza dish
- Cover the foccacia bread with a plastic sheet and defrost for 60min
- After defrost,carefully mould the defrosted dough in a round or sqaure shape
- Place the foccacia in the proover at 40 degrees and 80%b humidity for 60 min
- Prepare the toppings ,brush garlic oil on the prooved dough and layer the toppings on the dough and grated cheese
- Preheat oven to 220degrees celcius ,and bake at 190 degrees for 15-20min with steam and closed damper
- After bake ,brush with garlic oil and the product is ready
