- Cocktail chicken sausage roll
- Eggwash
Product Preparation Method
- Remove the cocktail chicken sausage roll from the box
- Pack the sausage roll on a perforated flat pan and defrost for 120min covered with a plastic sheet until soft
- After defrost ,prepare the eggwash with equal egg equal water
- Preheat oven to 220 degrees celcius ,and brush eggwash evenly on top of the sausage roll
- Bake at 190 degrees celcius for 15-18min ,with steam and closed damper until golden brown
- Open the damper the last 5 min of baking
- Product is ready
