Pastry Cake Caramel Custard
Ingredients
- Puff pastry sqaure
- Presta caramel
- Rapido custard
- Dark choc ganache
- Fresh strawberry or raspberry
- Castor sugar

Product Preparation Method
- Remove the Puff pastry sqaures from the box
- Pack the Puff pastry sqaures on a perforated pan and defrost for 30 min coverd with a plastic sheet
- After defrost sprinkle castor sugar on top of the pastry
- Preheat oven to 210 degrees celcius
- Place a baking sheet on top of the pastry before bake with a solid pan on top
- Bake at 200 degrees celcius for 15-18min with steam and closed damper
- Open the damper the last 5min of baking and remove baking paper and pan on top
- After bake remove the pastry and leave to cool,and cut to size
- Prepare custard with presta caramel
- Using a piping bag with a Nr13 nozzle ,pipe the caramel custard and layer the pastry ,with 3 layers
- After product is assembled coat with Presta caramel and decorate with dark choc ganache

Ingredients
- Puff pastry sqaure
- Fruitafill cherry
- Rapido custard
- Icing sugar

Product Preparation Method
- Remove the Puff pastry sqaures from the box
- Pack the Puff pastry sqaures on a perforated pan and defrost for 30 min coverd with a plastic sheet
- After defrost cut the puff pastry sqaures in half and prepare the custard mix
- Preheat oven to 210 degrees celcius
- Using a piping bag with a Nr.13 tube ,pipe the custard in the centre of the pastry and pipe fruitafill on top of custard
- Bake at 200 degrees celcius for 15-18min with steam and closed damper
- Open the damper the last 5min of baking
- After bake remove from the oven and brush dust with icing sugar
- Product is ready
Puff Pastry Square Cheesy Veg
Ingredients
- Puff pastry sqaure
- Mixed veg
- Grated cheese
- Grated mozzarella cheese
- Garlic oil
- White sauce

Product Preparation Method
- Remove the Puff pastry sqaures from the box
- Pack the Puff pastry sqaures on a perforated pan and defrost for 30 min coverd with a plastic sheet
- After defrost cut the puff pastry sqaures in half and prepare the white sauce ,mixed veg and cheeses
- Preheat oven to 210 degrees celcius
- Spoon white sauce in the centre of the puff pastry ,top it with the mixed veg and the gratyed cheeses
- Bake at 200 degrees celcius for 15-18min with steam and closed damper
- Open the damper the last 5min of baking
- After bake remove from the oven and brush with garlic oil
- Product is ready
