Ingredients
- Puff pastry roll
- Milktart filling

Product Preparation Method
- Remove the Puff pastry roll from the box
- Defrost the puff pastry roll for 120min or overnight in the fridge and the milktart filling
- After defrost ,grease a tart ring with Carlex spray and line the tart ring with puff pastry
- Par bake or blind bake the pastry case at 210 degrees celcius for 5-10min with closed damper and steam
- After milktart filling has defrosted ,pipe directly into the prepared pastry tart case
- Sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top and preheat the oven to 210 degrees celcius
- Bake at 200 degrees celcius for 12-15min open damper no steam
- Product is ready
Cold Meat Pastries
Ingredients
- Puff pastry roll
- White sauce
- Grated cheese
- Red onion
- Parsely

Product Preparation Method
- Remove the Puff pastry roll from the box
- Defrost the puff pastry roll for 120min or overnight in the fridge
- After defrost ,grease a tart ring with Carlex spray and line the tart ring with puff pastry
- Prepare the white sauce and cook the red onion
- Spoon the cooled white sauce in the pastry case layered with cooked red onion and cold meat topped with grated cheese
- Preheat the oven to 210 degrees celcius
- Bake at 200 degrees celcius for 18-20min open damper with steam
- Open damper last 5 min of baking
- After bake sprinkle chopped parsely on the tart
Peppersteak Dinner Pies
Ingredients
- Puff pastry roll
- Pepper steak meat filling
- Egg wash

Product Preparation Method
- Remove the Puff pastry roll from the box
- Defrost the puff pastry roll for 120min or overnight in the fridge
- After defrost ,grease a tart ring with Carlex spray and line the tart ring with puff pastry
- Prepare the peppersteak pie filling and cool down
- Spoon the cooled peppersetak pie filling in the pastry case ,and closed with the top pastry and brush eggwash on top
- Preheat the oven to 210 degrees celcius
- Bake at 200 degrees celcius for 18-20min open damper with steam
- Open damper last 5 min of baking

Palmiers
Ingredients
- Puff pastry roll
- White sugar

Product Preparation Method
- Remove the Puff pastry roll from the box
- Defrost the puff pastry roll for 120min or overnight in the fridge
- After defrost , roll out the pastry on the table and sprinkle sugar on top
- Roll the sugar coated pastry on both side to the middle ,the pastry should be rolled and flattened a bit by hand
- After folding the pastry roll the pastry on the side and cut with a serated knife into slices
- Place on a solid baking tray and leave enough space between as the pastry will puff during baking
- Preheat the oven to 240 degrees
- Bake at 210 degrees for 15-18min with steam and closed damper
- Open the damper the last 5 min of baking
- Product is ready
