Savoury sourdough baguette large

Ingredients

• Sourdough baguette large
• Spinach and feta
• Red onion
• Grated cheese
• Grated mozzarella
• Fresh parsely
• garlic oil

Product Preparation Method

1. Remove the sourdough baguettes small from the box
2. Pack it on a perforated baguette pan and preheat the oven to 240degrees
3. Bake the baguette at 240degrees for 3-5min with steam and a closed damper
4. After bake remove from the oven and leave to cool
5. Prepare the spinach and feta mixes and cheeses for filling
6. Slice the baguette inhalf in 2 separate halves with a serated cutting knife
7. Layer the halved baguettes with the spinach and feta mix on the base of the baguette then topped with mixed cheeses
8. Decorate with red onion and fresh parsely ,then bake until the cheese melts for 4 min at 200 degrees
9. After bake brush with garlic oil and the product is ready
