Ingredients
- Sourdough baguette large
- Spinach and feta
- Red onion
- Grated cheese
- Grated mozzarella
- Fresh parsely
- garlic oil

Product Preparation Method
- Remove the sourdough baguettes small from the box
- Pack it on a perforated baguette pan and preheat the oven to 240degrees
- Bake the baguette at 240degrees for 3-5min with steam and a closed damper
- After bake remove from the oven and leave to cool
- Prepare the spinach and feta mixes and cheeses for filling
- Slice the baguette inhalf in 2 separate halves with a serated cutting knife
- Layer the halved baguettes with the spinach and feta mix on the base of the baguette then topped with mixed cheeses
- Decorate with red onion and fresh parsely ,then bake until the cheese melts for 4 min at 200 degrees
- After bake brush with garlic oil and the product is ready
