Steak and onion ciabatta loaves

Ingredients

• Sourdough Ciabatta loaf
• Beef steak
• Red onion
• Bbq sauce
• Grated cheese
• Grated mozzarella
• Tomato
• Lettuce

Product Preparation Method

1. Remove the sourdough ciabattas loave from the box
2. Pack it on a perforated flat pan and preheat the oven to 240degrees
3. Bake the ciabatta loaves at 240degrees for 3-5min with steam and a closed damper
4. After bake remove from the oven and leave to cool
5. Prepare the fillings for the ciabatta loave
6. Slice the ciabatta loaves in half in 2 separate halves with a serated cutting knife
7. Fill the ciabatta loave with the garnish, steak and toppings ,and top with grated cheeses
8. After bake brush with garlic oil and the product is ready
