Gourmet peri peri chicken burger with sourdough ciabatta rolls

Ingredients

• Sourdough baguette large
• peri peri chicken
• Red onion
• Mayonaise
• Fruit chutney
• Grated mozzarella
• Tomato
• Lettuce

Product Preparation Method

1. Remove the sourdough ciabattas small from the box
2. Pack it on a perforated flat pan and preheat the oven to 240degrees
3. Heat the ciabatta rolls at 240degrees for 3-5min with steam and a closed damper
4. After bake remove from the oven and leave to cool
5. Prepare the peri peri chicken and the rest of the fillings for the gourmet burger
6. Slice the ciabtta roll inhalf in 2 separate halves with a serated cutting knife
7. Layer the ciabatta roll with the various fillings and toppings
8. Decorate with red onion and fresh parsely
