Product Preparation Method
- Remove the soft hamburger bun from the box.
- Pack the hamburger bun on a flat pan and defrost for 60min covered with a plastic sheet.
- After defrost place the hamburger bun in the prover for 60min at 40 degrees celcius and 80% humidity.
- After prove, preheat the oven to 220 degrees.
- Bake the hamburger bun at 180 degrees celcius for +-10-12min with no steam and open damper.
- After bake product is ready.
