Product Preparation Method
- Remove the hotdog roll from the box.
- Pack the hotdog roll on a perforated baguette pan and defrost for 60min covered with a plastic sheet.
- After defrost place the hotdog roll in the prover for 60min at 40 degrees celcius and 80% humidity.
- After proof ,preheat the oven to 220 degrees.
- Bake the hotdog roll at 180 degrees celcius for +-10-12min with no steam ,and open damper.
- After bake product is ready.
