- Remove the Coney roll from the box from the box
- Pack the coney roll on a perforated baguette pan and defrost for 60min covered with a plastic sheet
- After defrost place the coney roll in the proover for 60min at 40 degrees celcius and 80% humidity
- After proof ,preheat the oven to 220 degrees degrees
- Bake the coney roll at 190 degrees celcius for +-20min with steam ,and closed damper
- Open damper and bake for the last 5 min
- After bake product is ready
