- Bavarian Whip Cream
- Oreo Biscuits
- Chocolate sponge
- Chocolate Ganache
Product Preparation Method
- Open the box and remove small tart base
- Bake the Tart Base on +-180oc for +-5-7 minutes
- Whip the Bavarian cream for +-9 minutes
- Crush 150g oreo biscuits
- Add crushed oreo biscuits into the whipped cream
- Add 5g chocolate sponge onto base
- Add 28g whip cream mixture onto the chocolate sponge
- Drizzle with 5g chocolate ganache
