Large Normal Tart Base : Custard
Ingredients
- Large Normal Tart Base
- Rapido Custard
- Water
- Vanilla sponge crumbs
- Presta Caramel
Product Preparation Method
- Open the box and remove large normal tart base
- Bake the Tart Base on +-180oc for +-12-15 minutes
- Mix the 200g custard with 300g water
- Add 10g of vanilla sponge crumbs into the base
- Add 250g custard mixture ontop of the sponge
- Decorate with 5g presta caramel
- Product is done

Ingredients
- Large Normal Tart Base
- Bavarian Whipped Cream
- Fresh Strawberries
- Vanilla sponge crumbs
Product Preparation Method
- Open the box and remove large normal tart base
- Bake the Tart Base on +-180oc for +-12-15 minutes
- Whip the Bavarian cream for +-9 minutes
- Add 10g of vanilla sponge crumbs into the base
- Chop 15g fresh strawberries and mix into whipped Bavarian cream
- Add 250g whip cream mixture onto the base
- Decorate with 15g fresh strawberries
