- Red Velvet Sheet
- Bavarian Whip
- Chocolate Shavings
- Fresh Fruit

Product Preparation Method
- Defrost Bavarian Whip overnight in refrigerator
- Defrost Sponge Sheet in packaging until soft ± 2 hours, or overnight
- Whisk Bavarian Whip to form a firm peak . 2 min 1st speed and then 2 min 2nd speed
- Mix Whipped Bavarian Whip and Cream cheese topping
- Remove defrosted sheet from packaging and remove baking sheet
- place on greaseproof paper and cut horizontally. Set one aside
- Roll up into Swiss roll, cover with Bavarian Cream Cheese mixture and cut in 2 portions
- Cut ends of Swiss roll
- Coat Sides With Chocolate Shavings and Fresh Fruit

- Cream Cheese Topping
- Cherry Fruitful
- Red Velvet Crumb
