Sweet crumble Brioche bun
Ingredients
- Brioche Hamburger bun
- Bulk sweetpaste
- Sugar
- Cake flour
- Icing sugar

Product Preparation Method
- Remove the Brioche Hamburger buns from the box
- Pack the Brioche Hamburger bun on a flat pan and defrost for 60min covered with a plastic sheet
- After defrost place the brioche in the proover for 60min at 40 dgrees celcius and 80% humidity
- Preheat oven to 210 degrees celcius
- After brioche has prooved ,decorate with crumble mix made with bulk sweet paste ,sugar ,cake flour
- Cut the decorated brioche with a scissor on top
- Bake brioche at 180 degrees for 10-12min ,no steam with open damper ,until glden brown
- After baking dust with 1g icing per bun ,after product is ready
