Ingredients
- Vanilla Flavoured Sheet
- Bavarian Whip
- Caramel Presta
- Fine Coconut

Product Preparation Method
- Defrost Bavarian Whip overnight in refrigerator
- Defrost Sponge Sheet in packaging until soft ± 2 hours, or overnight
- Whisk Bavarian Whip to form firm peak . 2 min 1st speed and then 2 min 2nd speed
- Remove defrosted sheet from packaging and remove baking sheet
- place on greaseproof paper and cut horizontally. Set one aside
- Using a pallet knife Coat Caramel Presta on base of sponge
- Using a pallet knife coat Bavarian Whip ontop of the Cramel Presta
- Roll up into Swiss roll, cover with whipped Bavarian Whip and cut in 2 portions
- Cut ends of Swiss roll
- Roll Swiss roll in Fine Coconut
Raspberry Lamingtons
Ingredients
- Vanilla flavoured sheet
- Raspberry Lamington Dip
- Water
- Fine Desicated Coconut

Product Preparation Method
- Defrost Sponge Sheet in packaging until soft ± 2 hours, or overnight
- Cut the sponge sheet into 70mm x 80mm squares
- Mix Lamington dip and warm water and form a syrup
- Coat each square with the Lamington dip
- Coat each square in fine coconut
White Chocolate Ganache Swiss Roll
Ingredients
- Vanilla flavoured sheet
- Bavarian Whip
- White Chocolate Ganache
- Choc Dip Piping Decoration
- White Dip
- Fresh Fruit

Product Preparation Method
- Defrost Bavarian Whip overnight in refrigerator
- Defrost Sponge Sheet in packaging until soft ± 2 hours, or overnight
- WhiskBavarian Whip to form a firm peak . 2 min 1st speed and then 2 min 2nd speed
- Remove defrosted sheet from packaging and remove baking sheet
- place on greaseproof paper and cut horizontally. Set one aside
- Using a pallet knife coat the inside of the sponge with Bavarian
- Roll up into Swiss roll, cover with BavarianWhip and cut into 2 portions
- Heat coating to 40-45⁰C
- Pour required quantity of coating over top of prepared sponge and with a pallet knife gently pallet the coating on the top so that it can flow down the sides to cover the complete top and sides, while coating is still wet, shake the cake gently to assist the coating to cover the cake and remove any runs and bubbles and give a smooth finish, use a drip rack to set
- Cut ends of Swiss roll
- Spin on top of swiss roll with White Dip and decorate with Fruit
