Authentic Milk Tart

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry roll
  • Milktart filling

Product Preparation Method

  1. Remove the Puff pastry roll from the box
  2. Defrost the puff pastry roll for 120min or overnight in the fridge and the milktart filling
  3. After defrost ,grease a tart ring with Carlex spray and line the tart ring with puff pastry
  4. Par bake or blind bake the pastry case at 210 degrees celcius for 5-10min with closed damper and steam
  5. After milktart filling has defrosted ,pipe directly into the prepared pastry tart case
  6. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top and preheat the oven to 210 degrees celcius
  7. Bake at 200 degrees celcius for 12-15min open damper no steam
  8. Product is ready

Cold Meat Pastries

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry roll
  • White sauce
  • Grated cheese
  • Red onion
  • Parsely

Product Preparation Method

  1. Remove the Puff pastry roll from the box
  2. Defrost the puff pastry roll for 120min or overnight in the fridge
  3. After defrost ,grease a tart ring with Carlex spray and line the tart ring with puff pastry
  4. Prepare the white sauce and cook the red onion
  5. Spoon the cooled white sauce in the pastry case layered with cooked red onion and cold meat topped with grated cheese
  6. Preheat the oven to 210 degrees celcius
  7. Bake at 200 degrees celcius for 18-20min open damper with steam
  8. Open damper last 5 min of baking
  9. After bake sprinkle chopped parsely on the tart

Peppersteak Dinner Pies

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry roll
  • Pepper steak meat filling
  • Egg wash

Product Preparation Method

  1. Remove the Puff pastry roll from the box
  2. Defrost the puff pastry roll for 120min or overnight in the fridge
  3. After defrost ,grease a tart ring with Carlex spray and line the tart ring with puff pastry
  4. Prepare the peppersteak pie filling and cool down
  5. Spoon the cooled peppersetak pie filling in the pastry case ,and closed with the top pastry and brush eggwash on top
  6. Preheat the oven to 210 degrees celcius
  7. Bake at 200 degrees celcius for 18-20min open damper with steam
  8. Open damper last 5 min of baking
  9. Product is ready

Palmiers

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry roll
  • White sugar

Product Preparation Method

  1. Remove the Puff pastry roll from the box
  2. Defrost the puff pastry roll for 120min or overnight in the fridge
  3. After defrost , roll out the pastry on the table and sprinkle sugar on top
  4. Roll the sugar coated pastry on both side to the middle ,the pastry should be rolled and flattened a bit by hand
  5. After folding the pastry roll the pastry on the side and cut with a serated knife into slices
  6. Place on a solid baking tray and leave enough space between as the pastry will puff during baking
  7. Preheat the oven to 240 degrees
  8. Bake at 210 degrees for 15-18min with steam and closed damper
  9. Open the damper the last 5 min of baking
  10. Product is ready
