Ingredients
- Chelsea bun
- Apricot glaze
- Dip white

Product Preparation Method
- Remove the Chelsea buns from the box
- Pack the Chelsea bun in a muffin cup and defrost for 60min covered with a plastic sheet
- After defrost place the Chelsea bun in the proover for 60min at 40 dgrees celcius and 80% humidity
- Preheat oven to 210 degrees celcius
- Bake at 180 degrees celcius for 10-12min ,no steam with open damper until golden brown
- After bake ,prepare the apricot glaze by heating it up to boling stage and Dip white at 45 degreese celcius
- Brush the chelsea bun with hot apricot glaze and drizzle with melted Dip white on top
- Product is ready
