    LARGE CHOCOLATE RING DONUT WITH CHOC SHAVINGS

    Ingredients

    • Large Ring donut
    • Dip Choco
    • Choc shavings
    • Mont blanc icing

    Product Preparation Method

    1. 1. Defrost the Large ring donuts for 1hr ,covered with plastic sheet
    2. 2. Heat coating to 40-45⁰C
    3. 3. Gently coat the top of the donut with the Dip Choc
    4. 4. Gently remove the eccess dip choc from the donut
    5. 5. Sprinkle choc shavings on top of the donut
    6. 6. Dust the donut lightly with monty blanc icing
