Product Preparation Method
- Remove the wholewheat bun from the box from
- Pack the whoe wheat bun on a perforated baguette pan
- Cover the the wholewheat bun with a plastic sheet and defrost for 60min
- After defrost ,dip the bun in mixed seeds and place in the proover for 60min at 40degrees celcius and 80% humidity
- Preheat the oven to 220 degrees celcius
- Bake at 180 degrees celcius for 10-15 min no steam open damper
- Remove wholewheat bun from oven ,and leave to cool
- Product is ready
